This older condo was in dire need of an update.  The 12th floor space with spectacular views of the lake and city skyline was renovated to become a luxurious, spacious suite boasting beautiful detailing.  The cove ceiling in the kitchen provided creative ceiling detail and necessary lighting. Walls were removed to open the kitchen to the living/dining room creating a bright, open and sophisticated area to entertain. Custom trim work added elegant millwork throughout.  Ceilings were raised in both bathrooms and updated with marble, stylish fixtures and customized vanities providing attractive and functional retreats.
